No surprises and no pressure—every fee, deadline, and condition is explained in writing before you commit.
Application and approval
There is no fee to submit an application. Applying does not guarantee approval, placement, or a specific puppy.
Reservation deposit
A deposit is requested only after your application has been reviewed, we have spoken personally, and a suitable puppy or litter opportunity has been offered. Your written reservation agreement states whether the deposit is refundable or transferable.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due by the date shown in your agreement and must clear before pickup or delivery. Any approved travel cost is listed separately.
Safe payment practices
Never send payment based only on a social-media message. We confirm instructions directly and provide a receipt. Liberty does not accept gift cards or cryptocurrency.
Changes and cancellations
If circumstances change, contact us promptly. Refunds, transfers, and postponed placements follow the terms of your signed agreement and always prioritize the puppy’s welfare.
